When you sign up for this workshop, you get an opportunity to share your writing on a theme with other engaged writers and receive important feedback to propel your writing to the next level. Participants will be asked to share their writing on a theme of not more than two pages of text to allow for whole group sharing and feedback in the session.

Theme: Connection
Alan Ball says, “We live in a time where there’s an alienation factor. There’s a certain
disconnection. We don’t have any real sense of community anymore.” Using the theme of
connection, disconnection, or reconnection,
● write about a powerful connection, disconnection, or reconnection.
● write about strange or unusual interconnections.
● write a story where connected roads lead to something important.
● you wake up and find the world wide web is down permanently. You have lost
meaningful connections.
